Hard-copy Application Forms: We strongly encourage applicants to complete the on-line application. However, traditional hard-copy application forms will be accepted in lieu of applying on-line. Download an application form to print and complete. Completed hard-copy application forms must be mailed and postmarked on or before the posted deadline date, faxed with a transmission receipt time no later than midnight of the published closing date, or hand-delivered by no later than 5 p.m. on the posted deadline date, to:
